• Identify, scan and barcode the product for subsequent identification.


• Maintain batch-wise/lot-wise inventory levels with expiry dates.


• Identify/arrange physical location of the product based on bins, racks, shelves, etc.


• Transfer stocks to other warehouses and/or retail outlets.


• Invoicing and Billing (for transfers outside of the organisation).


• Raise material indents automatically based on EOQ and re-order levels.


• Maintain inventory levels for all distribution/retail outlets attached to the warehouse.

YES Central Office is the management division of this company, which handles all the functions performed by head office or corporate office. The facilities offered in YES Central Office includes

• Raising of purchase orders to suppliers based on material indents received from warehouses.


• Maintain receivables and payables of customers and suppliers.


• Define and maintain credit limits for customers and suppliers.


• Approve or reject material movements between warehouses or between warehouse and retail or distribution points.
